My twitter account got hacked into. Some nasty person was sending out a nasty message to many of my followers. Previously I have received this type of messages myself from people that I follow, but always thought of them as spam.  When the same thing happened to me though, I got very upset. Unfortunately there are people out there without any moral or scruples so these things happen every now and then. But we still want to connect and share things with each other on social media so it’s important to know how to deal with these issues and what precautions we can take to prevent it from happening.

The other week I read some articles and watched a couple of videos on the subject of “power poses”. Very fascinating subject. I’ve been trying it out and decided it will be part of my verbal behaviour from now on.
